Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards before work begins.
Keeping pets and children away from the work area during service.
We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed underground or hidden obstacles.
6. Warranties and Liability
We strive to provide high-quality workmanship and service. However:
We cannot guarantee plant survival beyond standard care periods, as factors such as soil, weather, and maintenance are beyond our control.
Our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the total amount paid for those specific services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
