He's a 2026 Graduating Red Seal Horticulturalist who combines 12 years of experience with a strong eye for detail to ensure every project is done right. His commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and client care makes him a trusted partner for strata councils and property managers across Metro Vancouver

For +10 years, Chris has been a cornerstone of Urban Forest Landscaping, bringing technical knowledge and a commitment to quality to every project. As Operations Manager, he ensures crews are well-prepared and work meets our exacting standards. Chris holds multiple certifications including: pesticide application, irrigation management and plant health care. His leadership and dedication to continuous improvement have been key to building Urban Forest’s reputation for reliable, professional service across Metro Vancouver.

Jacqueline is a Supervisor at Urban Forest Landscaping with +7 years of experience in strata and commercial landscape maintenance with her RLT Certification complete. She coordinates crews, oversees daily site operations, and ensures every site meets our standards for quality and consistency. Jacqueline is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to build great relationships with both clients and team members.

Brandon is a Site Supervisor at Urban Forest Landscaping with three years of experience supervising strata and commercial property landscape maintenance and installation and his RLT Certification. He oversees daily crew operations for his sites, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Brandon brings strong technical knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to every project, helping clients feel confident their landscapes are in good hands.

Rhys leads Urban Forest Landscaping with a focus on long-term growth through outstanding service. With over 15 years of experience building and scaling service-based businesses, he is passionate about creating strong client partnerships and expanding Urban Forest’s reach across Metro Vancouver. Rhys is responsible for business development while ensuring the company stays grounded in its core values.

Shawndra founded Urban Forest Landscaping (her namesake) in 2014. Since then she and Urban Forest Landscaping have built a reputation for delivering consistently high quality landscape maintenance and beautiful landscape installations. While she is no longer involved in the day to day, the team continues to operate with her focus and values. Putting people first and taking great care of plants.
